Remember those cupcake toppers I was debating about? I love them all. However, none of them screamed ice cream. (No pun intended.)
So, I came up with something else.
Here's what you'll need:
Step 1: After punching out several white circles, I painted a small cone on each one. (I promise this isn't difficult- and took about 10 minutes!)
Step 2: Glue the circle to your scalloped cut-out.
Step 3: Glue the lollipop stick to the back.
Step 4: Cut out several little squares from your crepe paper and roll it into a ball.
Step 5: Glue it on.
The count down is on!
